The Role – Senior Estimator

We’re seeking a highly skilled Estimator to lead the tendering process across luxury residential projects.

You will:

Review drawings in detail and prepare accurate, competitive tenders

Conduct site visits to assess logistics and methodology

Maintain and update the rates database

Build and nurture strong relationships with subcontractors and consultants

Collaborate with delivery teams for seamless project handovers

This is a key role within the business, working closely with senior management and the delivery team.

About You

Trade or tertiary qualification in construction

Proven experience estimating luxury residential projects

Strong trade and measurement knowledge

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Stable, consistent work history
