Position Summary
Anodyne is a specialist medical health service focused on innovative pain and mental health care solutions. Our mission is to provide high-quality, person-centred care through a biopsychosocial model of health.
The Marketing & Brand Manager (MBM) is responsible for developing and executing Anodyne’s marketing strategy across clinical, digital, and stakeholder channels. This role bridges strategic growth and brand communication, driving awareness, patient acquisition, referral engagement, clinician recruitment and public trust in Anodyne’s innovative mental health and pain treatments.
It combines traditional healthcare marketing, digital strategy, and stakeholder relations — ensuring that Anodyne’s story is consistently told across every touchpoint, from GP education to national media.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand Development
· Develop and implement marketing campaigns that align with Anodyne’s clinical and business objectives.
· Manage Anodyne’s brand identity and ensure consistent application across all materials and channels.
· Support national and international expansion campaigns through launch collateral and local referral outreach.
· Oversee production of patient and referrer education materials, including brochures, posters, information packs, etc.
· Identify and manage media and PR opportunities that position Anodyne as a leader in innovation, precision psychiatry and pain medicine.
Partnerships & Referral Engagement
· Build and maintain referral relationships with GPs, medical specialists, psychiatrists, and allied health professionals.
· Coordinate educational events, GP information sessions, webinars, and conference participation.
· Develop strategic partnerships with insurers (private health, DVA, ADF, first responders, traffic injury & workers compensation), hospitals, and government stakeholders.
· Create and manage co-marketing initiatives with allied partners and referring practitioners.
· Track referral metrics, feedback, and lead conversion performance.
Engagement & Recruitment Advocacy
· Promote Anodyne as an employer and collaborative partner of choice within the healthcare sector.
· Develop and deliver campaigns or communications that highlight Anodyne’s values, innovation, and workplace culture to attract high-quality clinicians, nurses, and allied health professionals.
· Support recruitment activities through marketing materials, digital content, and social media showcasing staff achievements and professional growth opportunities.
· Liaise with the Clinical Operations and HR teams to ensure consistent messaging across internal and external recruitment communications.
· Assist in creating relationships with universities, professional associations, and industry networks to attract trainees, registrars, and future collaborators.
Education, Training & Research Engagement
· Promote Anodyne’s education and professional development programs through strategic marketing and digital campaigns.
· Develop content and collateral to support workshops, registrar rotations, and continuing professional development (CPD) activities.
· Build and maintain relationships with universities, training providers, and specialty colleges (e.g. RANZCP, ANZCA, RACGP) to support registrar training placements and joint educational initiatives.
· Collaborate with the Medical Director and Clinical Operations Manager to develop academic partnerships and research collaborations.
· Coordinate communications relating to Anodyne’s research output, innovation projects, and clinical outcomes to strengthen the organisation’s academic reputation.
· Support submissions to conferences, abstracts, and academic presentations showcasing Anodyne’s research and clinical outcomes.
Digital Marketing & Communications
· Manage Anodyne’s digital presence, including website content, SEO, social media and analytics.
· Develop and implement digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
· Plan and manage Anodyne’s social media calendar and campaigns.
· Write and design engaging communications (e.g. email campaigns, newsletters, blog articles, press releases).
· Maintain brand-aligned digital templates for internal use (presentations, reports, social posts).
· Monitor performance data and generate monthly reports on digital reach, engagement, and conversion.
Content & Public Relations
· Create high-quality content showcasing Anodyne’s outcomes, research, and innovation.
· Collaborate with clinical leads to translate scientific information into public-facing educational materials.
· Manage PR engagement — responding to media opportunities, developing press kits, and coordinating interviews or features.
· Support the preparation of award submissions, presentations, and conference abstracts (e.g. Telstra Business Awards, ICWA talks, academic collaborations).
Internal & Stakeholder Communications
· Coordinate internal announcements, newsletters, and staff updates to maintain brand alignment across the organisation.
· Support the leadership team with presentation materials, corporate reports, and event collateral.
· Ensure clear, consistent messaging across all communication channels.
Appointment Prerequisites
Qualifications & Experience
· Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
· Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in healthcare or clinical marketing (preferred).
· Proven experience managing digital channels (Google Ads, SEO, social media, analytics).
· Strong writing and content creation skills — able to translate clinical content into accessible communication.
· Experience with CRM and marketing platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite).
· Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence engaging health professionals and corporate stakeholders.

· Provision of the minimum identity proofing requirements.
· Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally, nationally and internationally
· Successful National Police Clearance / Criminal Record Screening Clearance.
