Reports to: Director

The Office & Marketing Manager position at Alby Electrical & Air is a key role that ensures the smooth operation of our business across both administrative and marketing functions. This dynamic position combines office management, team support, and social media/content creation responsibilities.

You’ll be responsible for managing daily operations, maintaining efficient office systems, supporting the team, and driving our online presence through engaging social media and marketing initiatives.

You will be working directly with the director of the company to grow a business from the ground up.

What you’ll be doing

Office & Administration

Implement and maintain efficient office procedures and systems to improve productivity and streamline workflows.

Manage office operations including invoicing, expenses, and payroll.

Oversee procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.

Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing leave requests.

Maintain and update company policies, procedures, and documentation.

Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.

Be the first point of contact for real estate agents and property managers.

Marketing & Social Media

Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

Create engaging photo and video content that showcases our work, team, and brand values.

Plan, schedule, and post regular content aligned with company goals and campaigns.

Engage with clients, followers, and partner businesses online to build community and brand recognition.

Support marketing initiatives such as newsletters, website updates, and promotional campaigns.

Collaborate with the Director to develop creative ideas that strengthen the company’s brand image.

What we’re looking for

3–5 years of experience in an Office Manager, Administration, or Marketing role (or a combination of both).

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and presentation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with accounting software or project management tools.

Experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.

A proactive mindset and ability to take initiative in improving systems and promoting brand visibility.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
