The opportunity…
Are you a hands on, experienced marketing and partnership professional who can hit the ground running?

Equestrian Western Australia (EWA) is seeking a dynamic all rounder to deliver key marketing, communications, and sponsorships activities through to April 2026.

Based at the State Equestrian Centre (SEC), this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys variety and takes ownership of results. While there are no direct reports, you’ll manage sponsorships, marketing campaigns, grants and events – all with a roll up your sleeves approach.

Key responsibilities include…

Maintaining and managing existing sponsorship and partnership agreements.

Identifying, preparing and managing grant and tender applications and related reporting.

Producing marketing and communications plans and initiatives.

Supporting the delivery of major events including the Annual Awards night.

Managing EWAs digital presence, including website, social media and eDMs.

About you…

Tertiary qualification in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism or related field, and/or equivalent level of knowledge and experience in a similar role.

Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging content for a range of audiences and channels.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships and collaborate across teams.

Proven experience in grant writing, tender preparation and funding management.

Resilient, adaptable and able to deliver under pressure.
