An exciting opportunity for an experienced receptionist to join the team at Gentle Touch Orthodontics on a full-time basis. This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated, skilled individual with great communication and people skills. Are you an experienced dental receptionist who is organised, friendly, and a natural multitasker? This is your chance to be the welcoming face of our practice!

🦷 Day-to-Day:

Greet patients with a smile and help them feel comfortable and excited about their orthodontic journey

Book appointments for new and existing patients with precision

Help create and maintain processes that showcase our dedication to customer service, quality, and efficiency

Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth communication and seamless workflows

Handle administrative tasks with accuracy, including patient contracts and payment plans

Manage phone and email inquiries in a prompt and friendly manner

Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently

Liaise with referring practitioners and other dental professionals to support seamless patient care

🤩 About You:

Experience in the dental industry is preferred, but not a deal-breaker – we're more interested in your passion for delivering exceptional customer service and your ability to learn quickly!

Experience in administration or customer service is highly regarded

You’re a natural at building rapport with people of all ages whether chatting with kids or adults, you know how to connect

You have an eye for detail and love seeing tasks through to completion

Teamwork is your thing, you thrive when collaborating with others and enjoy a fun, fast-paced environment

Routine doesn’t scare you! You take pride in ticking off daily processes and staying organised

You understand the importance of first impressions, and you have impeccable presentation and a well-groomed appearance

🦷 The Finer Details:

Hours: 76hr fortnight (9 day fortnight - every 2nd Friday RDO)

Hours 7:45 am – 5:15 pm, with one rostered shift (until 5:45pm)

One full day per week at our St Clair location

Salary negotiable based on skills and experience
