Key Responsibilities:

* Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures

* Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently

* Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner

* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality

* Handle billing, insurance claims, and payments

Training will be provided for dental insurance claims processing.

* Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow

What We're Looking For:

Australian work rights are required for this position.

* Previous experience in a dental or medical office (preferred)

A minimum of 6 months experience in dental or medical reception work is required.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment

* Familiarity with dental software (D4W) is a plus

* A positive attitude and team-player mindset
