The Lucas Group is excited to partner with Imtrade CropScience in their search for a Regional Technical Manager in WA.

About the Company
Imtrade CropScience is a proudly Australian-owned R&D agrichemical business, established in 1981. Independent and innovative, they develop and formulate crop protection solutions, delivering results that matter for Australian growers.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the National Technical Manager, you’ll design, manage and report on regulatory and new product development trials across WA. You’ll oversee 30–40 trials per year, working independently while contributing to a collaborative national technical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality field trials for registration and development
• Locate trial sites, implement and monitor trials for product registration
• Analyse data and prepare technical reports
• Ensure compliance with GLP and safety standards

About You

• Degree in Agricultural Science or related field
• Experience in field trials, technical agronomy or regulatory research
• Strong practical and analytical skills
• Mechanical aptitude with cropping and spraying equipment
• Knowledge of agrochemicals and cropping systems
• Current Driver’s Licence and ChemCert accreditation
