About the Role:

As an Architectural Draftsperson, you play an integral part in our design team, contributing directly to the realization of compelling architectural projects. You will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings, essential for project development and execution. This role is critical to ensure that our clients’ visions are accurately translated into buildable designs that adhere to quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop precise architectural drawings and plans using Revit.

- Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and local building codes.

- Maintain an organised database of design documents and revisions.

- Conduct site visits to gather accurate measurements and assess conditions for design recommendations.

- Prepare architectural renderings and 3D models for client presentations.

- Update project documentation in accordance with client feedback and project changes.

- Support the development of design standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and management to ensure project alignment.

Who We’re Looking For:

- Required Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in Revit software, strong technical drawing skills, and familiarity with architectural codes and regulations.

- Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable with a passion for innovative design.

- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a similar role is required.
