The Role

An opportunity has arisen for an Estimator to join the Sydney team and play a key role in the pre-construction and tendering process for projects up to $30M. You'll work closely with Project Managers, Directors, and clients to prepare accurate, competitive, and detailed cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions across multiple project sectors
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and scope documents
• Source subcontractor and supplier pricing and evaluate submissions
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders during the tender process
• Assist in value engineering, cost planning, and design development stages
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company tendering procedures

About You

• 3-6+ years' experience as an Estimator in commercial construction
• Strong background in new build, refurbishment, or fit out projects
• Sound knowledge of construction costs, procurement, and methodology
• Excellent attention to detail, numeracy, and analytical skills
• Confident communicator with strong time management and organisation
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar
