Multiple Project Management Opportunities – Civil Infrastructure & Urban Development
Location: South East QLD & Northern NSW
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $145,000 – $180,000 + Super + Bonus & Incentives

With a strong pipeline of subdivision and land development projects across South East Queensland and Northern NSW, the business is supported by long-term partnerships with top-tier developers and councils. Following continued growth and major project wins, they are seeking multiple experienced Project Managers & Senior Project Managers to join their expanding Urban Division.
The Opportunity
As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of subdivision and medium-density civil projects valued between $5m and $20m, managing them from tender through to delivery and handover.
Based from one of the company’s regional hub offices in SEQ, you’ll lead teams of Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and Supervisors, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, councils, and consultants.
This is a hands on, self-performing contractor environment ideal for civil professionals who thrive on autonomy, accountability, and building lasting project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of civil projects planning, execution, and close-out.
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams across multiple stages.
- Oversee budgets, forecasting, and cost control to achieve financial targets.
- Develop and manage construction programs and methodologies.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house service teams.
- Build and maintain strong client, council, and consultant relationships.
- Ensure all works meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
- Support pricing and tendering activities alongside the commercial team.
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 6–10 years’ experience in civil construction, with proven success delivering subdivision or land development projects.
- Strong financial and contract management skills.
- Technical expertise in bulk earthworks, roads, drainage, and utilities.
- Effective leadership across multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent client and stakeholder management.
- A proactive, safety-first mindset with exceptional organisational skills.
