We are expanding and looking for an organised and motivated Afternoon Logistics & Packing Supervisor to lead our pack-out team and support daily distribution operations.

About the Role

This role oversees our afternoon warehouse operations, ensuring all vans are accurately packed, loaded and ready for dispatch each day. You will coordinate staff, manage workflows, maintain stock accuracy and support the Distribution Manager.

This role suits someone who thrives on structure, planning and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts: Monday – Friday, from 3pm
Location: Minchinbury depots
Environment: Refrigerated warehouse / food logistics

Key Responsibilities

Supervise afternoon picking, packing and loading operations

Manage daily production & loading schedules with accuracy

Lead and support pack-out staff to achieve performance targets

Monitor stock levels, recording and reporting variances

Maintain food safety, hygiene and cold-chain standards

Assist with improving operational systems & efficiency

Operate pallet jacks / forklift (licence desirable)

Collaborate closely with Operations & Distribution Manager

What We’re Looking For

Experience in warehouse, food service, FMCG or logistics

Strong organisational & numerical skills with high attention to detail

Ability to lead and motivate a small team

Reliable, proactive and solution-driven

Effective communication skills

Physically fit & comfortable working in chilled environment

Forklift licence desirable (not essential)

Own transport required due to shift times

Availability Monday–Friday from 3pm
