About the Role

As Yard Supervisor, you'll play a vital part in keeping our remedial construction projects running smoothly. You'll be responsible for managing stock, coordinating deliveries, maintaining a safe and organised yard, and supporting our site teams with efficient resource management.

Construction or building industry experience is preferred for this role.

What you'll be doing

Lead and supervise yard staff, allocating daily work

1-3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience is required

Stock allocation and inventory control

Stock negotiation with suppliers

Minor tool/equipment repairs

Yard cleaning/housekeeping

Maintaining safety standards

What you'll bring

Current White Card

Current Forklift Licence (LF) - essential

MR Truck Licence - preferred

Basic ERP/stock system experience - preferred

Basic load restraint & chain of responsibility knowledge - preferred
