Warehouse Supervisor – Tools, Equipment & Plant (Civil & Demolition Contractor)
Location: Sydney’s West
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 + Super

Outstanding opportunity to join a leading civil and demolition contractor, delivering major projects across government, commercial, and industrial sectors.

With over 30 years of successful operation, this well-established business employs 130–150 full-time staff plus subcontractors and runs 5–10 major projects at any one time.

The Role
A hands-on supervisory position, responsible for coordinating the movement of tools, equipment, and plant in and out of the warehouse, supporting multiple projects.

This is run in a similar fashion to a Hire yard.

You’ll ensure all assets are maintained, operational, and safely managed — while supervising a small, capable team.

Key details:

• Hours: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
• Reports to: Assets & Logistics Manager
• Location: Wetherill Park

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily dispatch and return of tools, equipment, and mobile plant for up to 10 projects
• Supervise and coordinate a small support team (2–3 staff)
• Maintain organisation and safety in a busy yard/warehouse
• Inspect, clean, test, and identify items for repair or replacement
• Support workshop mechanics and electricians with minor repairs
• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records
• Communicate effectively with site teams and management
• Perform basic administrative duties

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Background in warehouse or hire yard operations
• Previous team supervision experience
• Knowledge of construction/demolition tools, equipment, and plant
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Able to multitask and drive a sense of urgency, in a fast-paced environment
• Safety-focused, reliable, and flexible with hours
• Current driver’s licence essential
• Mechanical aptitude or construction industry experience highly regarded
