Position: COOK – Full-time

Annual Salary: $77,000 + super

Location: Narrogin - Regional WA

New Cornwall Hotel in Narrogin (regional WA) is looking to recruit a full-time cook with relevant qualification and experience to join our team.

We are looking for someone who meets the following expectations:

Preferably (not necessarily) an Australian citizen/permanent resident

Has at least 3 years’ experience in preparing Indian/Western cuisine

Has a high standard of food presentation and takes pride in his/her culinary skills

Ability to guide and train junior cooks in food preparation techniques

Has a passion for producing quality food to meet customer demand

Be available for work on most days, including weekends

Be able to communicate with suppliers to place orders for food supplies

Fanatical about a tidy and clean hygienic kitchen and ensures food safety requirements are maintained

Has a happy personality that is maintained under pressure

Be a committed team player and has long-term intention to work with us
