The Role

As the Senior Credit Controller, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Manage the collection of outstanding invoices via phone call and email

Arrange payment plans and payment terms with clients

Maintaining data within the practice management system

Troubleshooting and handling client queries

Your Background

To be considered for this Senior Credit Controller role, you must possess most of the following attributes:

Legal or professional services industry experience

Minimum of 5 years in a similar role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Full Australian working rights (Citizen or Permanent Resident)
