Your new role

This is a pure Credit Control position - no invoicing, no distractions. You'll take full ownership of collections and credit management, working closely with branches and customers to ensure timely payments and clear communication. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing collections across a state-based portfolio
• Setting up new credit applications
• Daily reporting and debtor ageing analysis
• Liaising with branches and customers to resolve queries
• Conducting regular credit limit reviews
• Reporting to Financial Controller

What you'll need to succeed

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for dealing with the portfolio of customers.
• Proven experience in Credit Control, ideally in a sole-charge capacity
• Ability to manage difficult conversations and resolve disputes professionally
• Strong cultural fit - team of mature, experienced professionals
