This reputable global orthopaedic company is seeking National Warehouse Team Leader to oversee order fulfilment, inventory management, and distribution, including quality checks, logistics coordination, and maintaining audit readiness, with a focus on team management and adherence to business standards.

This role requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage loaner kit/order fulfilment process from start to finish

Track inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and optimize inventory utilization

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and audit readiness

Inspect products for damage or defects before distribution

Coordinate driver and route schedules for shipments

Maintain account records, reporting, and filing

Foster strong relationships with stakeholders including representatives, customers, and couriers

Lead and develop team members through scheduling, training, and performance management

Liaise with global head office, International & domestic shipping companies

Reporting, record keeping, policy and procedure management

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of leadership experience within a healthcare warehouse environment, have excellent communication skills with analytical and operational skills and the ability to adapt in a fast pace work setting.
