Salary Range: $34.17 - $35.62 per hour pending experience

At St Anthony's Catholic College, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated School Officer - Administration to join our team on a fixed-term, term-time basis. This position is for 30 hours per week, commencing on 24 November 2025 and concluding on 4 December 2026.

The School Officer - Administration provides vital administrative and reception support to ensure the smooth daily operations of St Anthony’s Catholic College. This role involves managing communications, maintaining records, assisting with student programs and events, providing administrative support to the College Principal and Business Manager, and attending meetings to take minutes as required. The successful candidate will be organised, adaptable, and professional, demonstrating strong computer skills, attention to detail, and a welcoming presence that reflects the College’s values and commitment to excellence.
