About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Finance Officer to join our Business Services team. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer you will play a key role in delivering accurate, timely and high-quality financial services across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Process and maintain accurate financial records across all business functions

Process end to end payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and month-end processes

Prepare and collate data for internal and external financial reporting

Maintain accurate supplier and customer databases

Assist in managing contracts, registers and key financial documentation

Build strong working relationships with staff, partners and external stakeholders

About You
You’ll bring:

Demonstrated experience in financial or accounting support roles

Demonstrated experience processing payroll and ability to interpret award and Fair Work requirements. Understanding of SCHADS Award highly regarded

Knowledge of relevant accounting standards, awards and reporting requirements

Strong analytical, numerical and time management skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency with financial and data systems (experience with Sage Intacct, SharePoint, or Salesforce will be highly regarded)

A positive, team-oriented approach with great communication skills
