We are looking for an office assistant who will be directly assisting our Business Development Manager, Accounts Manager and Director.
Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months administrative or office experience.
Situated on site in our brand new, trendy office space in Varsity Lakes. Key responsibilities include administrative support, data entry, calendar scheduling, market research, document management, customer service, filing records and meeting coordination.
We require someone who takes pride in their work and wants a long term position in a fun and dedicated team. This person should have computer skills, they should be happy to speak to clients on the phone, helpful and willing to make an impact in our team.
Essential software skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office, email management, and basic computer skills.
This position offers flexible working hours to accommodate work-life balance and/or family/ study.
