Business Administration Traineeship – Site Services Branch

About the Role

Camden Hire is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Administration Trainee to join our Site Services Branch, located in Gregory Hills. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to begin your career in business operations while learning within a supportive, hands-on environment.

Over the first 12 months, you’ll receive in-house training and development, gaining practical experience across customer service, administration, and operational support. In your second year, you’ll complete a Certificate IV in Business Administration while continuing to grow your skills within the business.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and suppliers

Create and process hire schedules, quotes, bookings, and invoices

Support stock and consumable control, data entry, and purchasing

Use and develop skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, as well as Camden Hire’s internal systems

Assist with general office administration and branch coordination tasks

Communicate effectively with staff and customers to ensure smooth daily operations

Work both independently and as part of a high-performing team

What You’ll Bring

Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Sound computer literacy, with confidence using Microsoft Office

Willingness to learn new systems and processes

Ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and work autonomously
