Rostering Officer with Pro Workforce Management Experience – UKG
12-month contract (with potential to extend)
Eight Mile Plains Location
Are you a highly organised professional with rostering experience? We are looking for a skilled Rostering Officer (12-month initial contract) to help manage our staff resources and ensure timely, efficient service delivery. In this key role, you will make a direct impact on the lives of those we support by ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.
This role requires demonstrated experience with rostering within rostering systems such as UKG Pro Workforce Management or similar!
What You'll Do:
Schedule and deploy staff resources to meet the needs of our consumers.
Provide timely communication regarding roster changes.
Collaborate closely with teams to manage leave and ensure continuous service delivery.
Investigate issues and work collaboratively to implement solutions efficiently.
Perform administrative and reporting tasks to meet compliance.
Play an active role in fostering a supportive and collaborative team culture.

What skills you'll bring?
Proficiency in UKG Pro Workforce Management or similar rostering software.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage shifting priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail with strong organisational capabilities.
In-depth knowledge of rostering principles and the interpretation of Enterprise Agreements/Awards.
Proficiency in using a variety of software packages and administrative tools
Mandatory Requirements:
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance – or be willing to obtain.
Working with Children's Check – or be willing to obtain.
