Contract: Full-time
Pay range: $30 - $35 based on qualifications and experience.

We Are Seeking
A qualified and experienced Rostering and Allocations Officer to join our service delivery and disability support team, to schedule RAWR Support Services participant service bookings and support worker care supports in Warwick and surrounding areas.
Selection Criteria
Current Australian Drivers Licence.
Current First Aid certificate + CPR or obtaining one within the recruitment on-boarding stage.
Current Blue Card
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
NDIS Worker Orientation and Induction Module + other NDIS mandatory e-learning modules.
Flexibility to work within a service that provides 24/7 care, this includes weekend work, sleepover and or active night shifts within a fortnightly roster. Penalty rates apply in line with SCHADS award.
Competent with Microsoft Office suite and cloud-based, case management and client database software. Experience in Rostering CRM systems is essential.
Eligibility Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Right to work in Australia
Certificate IV, Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Disability Services, or another relevant qualification.
Knowledge and understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework is highly desired.
