Associate Director, Grants Compliance and Delivery
You. At the centre of big ideas.
- Lead the delivery and compliance of major NSW Government grant programs
- Apply your leadership and stakeholder skills to drive meaningful community outcomes
- Clerk Grade 11/12 ongoing role based in Sydney CBD (with travel across Greater Sydney)
Lead a high-performing grants compliance team overseeing the delivery of significant infrastructure grant programs and performing project site visits across Greater Sydney to ensure successful community outcomes.
About the Role
As the Associate Director, Grants Compliance and Delivery, you'll lead a small team responsible for the monitoring and compliance of high-profile, grant-funded projects administered by the Grants Program Office (GPO) within the Premier's Department.
Your team will play a critical role in ensuring funded organisations deliver on their commitments through active engagement, including conducting over 500 site visits and on-site meetings with Western Sydney Infrastructure Grants (WSIG) grantees. Working collaboratively with local councils, community organisations, NSW Treasury, and other government agencies, you'll provide expert oversight, manage compliance frameworks, and ensure reporting and financial controls are robust and transparent. You'll also identify emerging risks and embed a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within your team.
