Our Founder and key associates have a wealth of local and International trading experience in the United States on Wall Street as well as European markets. We specialise in financial planning and asset management with a particular focus on investments and supperannuation.

Due to company growth and expansion with the help of our long term and close knit client basis, we are in a new office with a very professional and retro outfit that helps inspire the work that we do. We are looking to welcome an Associate Adviser / Professional Year Adviser to join our family.

Your Role

This is a great opportunity to join a business that was built from the ground up by the founder with Wall Street Experience spanning across two decades.

You will be mentored directly by the founder of the business and receive additional support from our more Senior Financial advisors and friendly administration staff. You won't find a funnier and more attentive mentor with this level of experience and career achievment in the current market, that is a promise.

He lives by the fact that the more you put into people, the more they will automatically want to put into themselves and the business. You'll help play a key role in supporting our client relationships both new and existing, that are so very important to our success.

This role is ideal for someone completing their Professional Year or looking to transition into a client-facing advisory role.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing advice recommendations with diligence and professionalism

Manage client and provider communications along with meeting support

Review Strategy Papers and Statement of Advice documents

Collaborate with paraplanners and advisers to develop tailored investment strategies

Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards

Maintain accurate client records and support ongoing service requirements

Have fun with all of the above!

As such the succesful candidate will have:

Tertiary qualification in Financial Planning that meets the FASEA requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial services (administration, paraplanning, or associate adviser role)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and organisational skills

Experience with XPLAN or similar CRM systems highly regarded

A proactive attitude and commitment to client service excellence
