About the Role
The Associate Director will lead high-impact economic policy projects with a strong focus on project management and delivery. You'll scope and produce key documents, manage timelines, and solve complex policy problems in collaboration with senior stakeholders across government and industry.
You will join our Economic Policy Branch within the Economic, Housing and Infrastructure Group. The team plays a pivotal role in shaping strategic economic initiatives and driving reform through cross-sector engagement and evidence-based analysis.

- Project delivery: Skilled in managing complex projects to tight timeframes with high-quality outcomes
- Stakeholder engagement: Confident working with senior leaders across government and industry
- Economic policy: Strong problem-solving skills and expertise in economic and strategic policy challenges
- Government sector expertise: Understanding or aptitude to navigate government processes and business operations
- Effective Communication: Successful in delivering high-quality projects and engaging diverse audiences
