About the role

Due to its ongoing success, Badenport Constructions is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This full-time role will be responsible for managing and coordinating various construction contracts and agreements to support the successful delivery of our projects.

What you'll be doing

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of construction contracts and commercial agreements

Monitoring contract performance and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations

Coordinating the flow of contractual documentation and information between internal and external stakeholders

Providing support and advice to project teams on contractual matters

Identifying and mitigating contractual risks

Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to contracts

Assisting with the resolution of contractual disputes and claims

What we're looking for

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Contracts Administrator or in a similar role within the construction industry with preference given to commercial project exprience

Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial agreements

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proficient in contract management software and MS Office applications

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Familiarity with construction industry regulations and compliance requirements
