Shalom College, Bundaberg seeks applications from suitably qualified established and aspiring leaders to undertake the middle leadership positions of Head of Department - Humanities and Head of House. These are Middle Leader positions commencing from January 2026, in conjunction with a permanent teaching roles at the college.

Head of Department (Humanities)

Position: Head of Department (Humanities) - Shalom College, Bundaberg

Start date: January 2026

Employment Status: Full-Time (in conjunction with a permanent Teaching Role)

Salary Range: $109,391 - $147,515 (dependent on experience)
