Head of Wellbeing – Middle School

Permanent and 6-month contract opportunities are available.

About the role

As a Middle School Head of Learning or Head of Wellbeing, you will:

Lead innovative learning or wellbeing programs that align with the College’s mission to awaken potential and empower learners for purposeful lives through Christ.

Collaborate with fellow leaders to support holistic student development across Years 7–9.

Champion evidence-informed practices, differentiated instruction, and student-centred approaches.

Mentor and support staff to foster professional growth, reflective practice, and high performance.

Build strong partnerships with families and the wider College community.

Contribute to the College’s transition to a “stage-not-age” model of schooling across Years 7–12.

Embrace and lead change with vision, flexibility, and courage.

You will be supported by a College Executive committed to authentic transformation and a culture of collaboration, innovation, and grace.
