Reporting to the Branch Manager, this branch-based position offers the opportunity to oversee a large casual workforce while building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring workforce stability, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.

You’ll work closely with the operations team and onsite client contacts to manage rostering, performance, and candidate engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

Rostering and scheduling a large casual workforce

Conducting regular client site visits and check-ins

Managing candidate onboarding, induction and compliance documentation

Monitoring attendance and performance

Providing operational and administrative support to the broader team

End-to-end recruitment to maintain a strong candidate pool

About You

You’re proactive, organised and thrive in a fast-moving environment. You take pride in providing high-quality service to clients and candidates, and you’re confident managing competing priorities with professionalism.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in recruitment or account management

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong attention to detail and administrative ability

A proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving

The ability to work both autonomously and within a team

A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
