About the Role

We’re recruiting across two busy desks:

Psychiatry Recruitment

Emergency Medicine Recruitment

Both desks have active clients, steady job flow, and engaged locum doctors. You’ll place doctors into locum and contract roles nationwide.

What You’ll Do

Build relationships: Engage and support a national network of doctors

Grow the desk: Leverage existing clients and open new doors

Recruit end-to-end: Own the process from sourcing to placement

Advise & influence: Be the go-to for clients and candidates

Drive results: Hit targets in a supportive, performance-driven team

About You

You know recruitment and how to build a thriving desk. You value results and genuine relationships, and you want an environment that rewards your hustle.

You’ll bring:

Recruitment experience in healthcare/medical (essential)

A track record of consistent billing and target achievement

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
