Your New Role

We are seeking a Principal or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the Business Support team located in Sydney CBD, consisting of 7 high performing, supportive and go-getting recruiters! You will be guided by a supportive General Manager who encourages a "work hard, play hard" mentality, ensuring you have the resources and freedom to get results.

Your Responsibilities

• Cold calling clients and selling Randstad's services
• Building, growing and nurturing your own client accounts
• Screening, interviewing, and matching candidates to open roles
• Consulting candidates and clients on the recruitment process
• Updating the internal system with candidate and client information
• Growing a strong client base through creative marketing activities

About You

• Experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant or Principal Recruitment Consultant
• MUST love sales and bring positive energy to our sales team
• You love to work in a busy environment
• Works well in a cohesive and cooperative team environment
• Have a valid driver's licence
