We currently have two opportunities available — one for someone starting their recruitment career, and another for someone ready to take ownership of a division and help shape where Voxx goes next.

Position 1: Junior Recruitment Consultant

Ideal for someone eager to break into recruitment and learn from the ground up. You’ll be stepping into an established healthcare desk — meaning you’re not starting from scratch. Relationships, leads, and systems are already in place, and you’ll have full training and mentorship to help you grow into an independent recruiter.

You’ll learn everything from sourcing and interviewing candidates to managing clients and closing deals, all while building your own portfolio and brand within Voxx.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Sourcing and interviewing healthcare professionals across Australia

Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients

Writing job ads and managing applications

Negotiating offers and closing placements

Managing your own desk with increasing autonomy

Building your own “mini-business” within Voxx

Position 2: Senior Recruitment Consultant / Division Lead

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy and wants to play a key role in shaping how things are done. You’ll step into a recruitment desk with strong foundations already built by one of our Directors.

As you grow into the role, you’ll have the opportunity to influence strategy and introduce new ideas. You’ll be trusted to take ownership, contribute to bigger-picture discussions, and help drive the next stage of Voxx’s growth.

We’re not looking for someone who needs to be managed — we’re looking for someone who’s ready to take initiative, add value, and make an impact.
