The Role

Join us as the Estimator specialising in commercial landscape construction. You’ll be responsible for:

Preparing detailed estimates, tender submissions and budgets for hardscape & softscape works (commercial landscaping)

Reviewing drawings, landscape architectural specifications, scope of works and construction plans

Performing quantity take-offs, material take-offs, labour and equipment cost analysis

Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and trade partners to source competitive pricing

Identifying cost saving opportunities, value engineering suggestions and risk mitigation measures

Collaborating with project managers, designers and site teams from tender to delivery

About You

You’ll be someone who has:

Proven estimating experience in commercial landscape construction, hardscape & softscape — or civil/landscape/civil infrastructure background

Familiarity with hardscape construction methods (paving, retaining walls, precast, concrete, stone) and softscape installations (planting, irrigation, turf, soil remediation)

Strong skills using Procore and MS Software

Excellent attention to detail, strong negotiation skills and sound construction commercial acumen

Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and deliver accurate tender responses under deadlines
