What You’ll Be Doing:

End-to-end implementation of financial advice, including new business and ongoing service

Manage client workflows, follow-ups, and ensure documentation is complete and compliant

Prepare client meeting packs and assist with strategy discussions

Liaise with clients, product providers, and other stakeholders

Maintain client records in Xplan and ensure adherence to internal and regulatory standards

What We’re Looking For:

3–5+ years of experience in a financial planning client services role

Proficiency with Xplan and a solid understanding of advice processes

Strong communication skills and a high level of attention to detail

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team

A proactive and positive approach to client service and team culture
