Are you an administration professional with a passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes? We are seeking a Client Services Officer to join our growing financial planning practice in Runaway Bay. This is a key role for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent administrative and client management skills, and the ability to support our adviser while ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for our clients.
About the Role
As the Client Services Officer, you will oversee the implementation of financial strategies and be a central point of contact for our valued clients. You will work closely with our adviser to ensure recommendations are carried out efficiently, while also maintaining compliance and driving process improvements within the practice.
This role is suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment, takes ownership of outcomes, and can confidently manage competing priorities with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the client service process from onboarding to ongoing advice delivery
Prepare and coordinate documentation
Implement financial strategies with accuracy and efficiency
Manage insurance applications, underwriting, and claims processes
Provide proactive support to the adviser, including PA duties when required
Liaise with clients and providers with professionalism and confidence
Ensure compliance standards and regulatory requirements are consistently met
Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance client outcomes
Contribute positively to team culture and collaborative growth
Ensure the office is kept clean, organised, and presentable for clients and team members
About You
We’re looking for a highly capable and proactive professional who brings both admnistration expertise and a client-first mindset.
The ideal candidate will have:
3+ years’ experience in administration
must be self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently
Proficiency in XPlan or similar CRM software (preferred but not essential)
Outstanding communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
A polished and professional manner with excellent client engagement skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
A solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
