Robert Half are partnering with a well-established, Australian owned organisation, who are looking for an IT Support Officer to join their internal technology team. This role is due to an internal promotion within the team.

The Role

It's a hands-on Level 2 Support role where you'll be the first point of contact for the end-user support across hardware, software, and networking.

Responsibilities:

• Provide frontline IT support across desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and applications
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
• Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory, Exchange, and M365
• Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment
• Support and gain exposure to infrastructure-related projects

Requirements:

• 1+ years experience in IT support

• Strong understanding of Windows 11, AD, WMware and ITIL principles

• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
