With strong national growth and an expanding Brisbane portfolio, this builder is looking for a motivated Safety Advisor to join their high-performing HSE team based in Toowoomba.

This is a roving role, offering exposure to a range of projects up to $100M in value, and the opportunity to work alongside some of the best in the industry.

About You

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a dedicated Health & Safety role within construction.
• Certificate IV in WHS/OHS – essential.
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
• Collaborative team player who’s proactive and hands-on in their approach.
• Experience using safety management platforms such as Hammertech, 1Breadcrumb, or similar.
• Passionate about embedding safety excellence and supporting positive site culture.
