This is a great opportunity to join a supportive, high-performing environment where you’ll coordinate service activities, support spare parts enquiries, and ensure smooth order-to-delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and process work orders to initiate execution and delivery.
• Monitor open orders and financial performance to support on-time delivery and payment.
• Assist with spare parts enquiries and customer issue resolution.
• Use Excel, SAP, Salesforce and internal systems to manage documentation and reporting.

Role Details

• 6-month contract with potential to go permanent
• Monday to Friday, $45/hr + super
• WFH flexibility once settled in
• Based in Moorebank
