Link Community Services are seeking a Senior Administrator. The start date for this position is 01/12/2025 and the role will initially be Permanent Part-Time approximately 24 hours per week and will become full-time once training is completed from 15/01/2026.
The Role
The Senior Administrator reports directly to the General Manager. The Senior Administrator is senior to all positions under Programs Manager. All Administration roles report directly to the Senior Administrator.
This is an autonomous and team-based role which contributes to the greater Link Community Services team. The Senior Administrator sits within the Senior Leadership Team.
Duties and Responsibilities
Works within NDIS Code of Conduct and CYJMA Standards of Care.
Manages the roster for Administration staff.
Attends Senior Leadership Team Meetings and contributes to decision making for the organisation, including strategic director and organisation imperatives.
Processes payroll.
Administrative tasks that contribute to Advisory Board Meetings including attends, takes minutes, prepare policies and other documents as required.
Maintains organisational registers such as the Worker Employment Register.
HR functions such as recruitment advertising.
Oversight of electronic systems such as financial and rostering programs or apps.
· Prepares recruitment, induction and team meeting paperwork.
Contributes to a safe and transparent work environment.
Maintains and manages organisation assets as delegated by the Managing Director.
Manages accounts payable and receivable as delegated.
Is responsible for oversight of all Administration functions and staff.
Provides Leadership to all Administration staff.
Supports the General Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the Organisation.
Organise and arrange catering for events, celebrations and meetings.
All other reasonable requests from the General Manager, Managing Director and Chairperson of The Board.
Human Resource Requirements and Qualifications
· Relevant Qualification in Administration or similar or relevant experience.
· Evidence of Right to Work in Australia.
· NDIS Worker Orientation Module ‘Quality, Safety and You’*
· Current Infection Control Certificate
· Blue Card – Working with Children Check
· Yellow Card - NDIS Worker Clearance Card
· Driver’s Licence.
