About the role

MJ's hideout in Chelsea, Victoria is seeking passionate part-time food and bar staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. The position offers flexibility, with the opportunity to work a mix of day, evening and weekend shifts to suit your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and serving a variety of food and beverage items to customers

Providing friendly, efficient and knowledgeable customer service

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Assisting with inventory management and stock control

Following all health, safety and hygiene protocols

Contributing to a positive team dynamic and supporting your colleagues

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar food and beverage role, preferably within the hospitality industry

A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating memorable dining experiences

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Relevant food handling and/or responsible service of alcohol certifications (preferred)
