About the role 
 We’re seeking an experienced and adaptable Customer Intake and Funding Officer to join our Fairfield team. You’ll play a key role in welcoming new customers, managing funding data, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience in a period of exciting organisational growth.
- Manage incoming enquiries via phone, email, and web from customers, carers, and service providers
 - Complete intake and onboarding processes, including verifying NDIS details and documentation
 - Prepare and maintain NDIS service agreements and schedules of supports
 - Monitor budgets, track funding usage, and ensure compliance requirements are met
 - Liaise with internal teams, transferring customers to the Business Manager for ongoing service coordination
 
Roster- 10.00am-4.30pm Monday to Friday
About you 
- You have solid NDIS knowledge and experience in customer service, intake, or funding coordination
 - You hold a Certificate IV in Individual Support, Community Services, Business Administration, or similar
 - You’re a confident communicator who builds rapport easily with customers, families, and providers
 - You’re adaptable to change and enjoy contributing to new systems and process improvements
 - You thrive in a collaborative team environment and value both autonomy and teamwork
