As we gear up for the busy summer season, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Venue Manager to lead our team and continue delivering the high standards our customers love.

About the Role..

As Venue Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring smooth service, consistent quality, and a positive team culture. You'll work closely with the owners to maintain our reputation for excellence and community connection.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily café operations and staff performance

Manage rostering, training, and team development

Maintain high standards of coffee, food, and customer service

Manage ordering, inventory, and supplier relationships

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and WHS requirements

Drive efficiency, consistency, and a great customer experience

About You

Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or venue management role

Minimum 1-2 years of venue management experience required

Strong leadership and communication skills

A passion for hospitality, people, and quality coffee

Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities

Ability to lead by example and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required

Australian work rights required
