The Role:

• Provide backbone support to the property Management Team
• Ensure all tasks Property Management related are completed and carried out
• Conducing routine inspections
• Ingoing and outgoing inspections
• Record and handling keys
• Assisting Property Management team to meet targets and objectives
• Ad hoc administration

The Candidate:

• Keen, eager and ready to indulge in this once in a lifetime opportunity!
• Keen interest in Property Management, a Certificate of Registration, own car & drivers license
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills are essential
• The willingness to grow and progress – the last person has been promoted
