About the Role

We’re expanding our property portfolio and need a proactive Listing & Inspection Manager based in Western Sydney.

You’ll manage room-by-room advertising and inspections for a growing number of high-quality subleased homes.

This is a commission-only position ideal for someone organised, motivated, and ready to earn well through consistent results.

You’ll Need

To live locally in Western Sydney for easy access to properties.

Experience in leasing, inspections, or property coordination (preferred but not essential).

Strong communication and time-management skills.

Confidence using Google Sheets and listing platforms.

A current driver’s licence and reliable transport.

What You’ll Do

Handle advertising for each new property across 7 platforms (RentBetter, realestate.com.au, Domain, rent.com.au, Flatmates, Flatmate Finders, Gumtree, Facebook Marketplace).

Conduct property inspections and liaise with prospective tenants.

Update inspection and advertising details in shared Google Sheets.

Work closely with our leasing team to ensure all rooms are filled efficiently.

Group and schedule inspections to maximise time and income.

Pay Structure

Commission only – $200 per room filled.

Example: 5-bedroom home = $1,000, 10-bedroom home = $2,000.

Ongoing flow of new listings from clients means consistent earning potential.

Top performers can realistically achieve six-figure annual income.
