We are expanding our Macquarie Office and are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Property Manager to join our award-winning team.

Job Summary:

As a Property Manager, you’ll take ownership of your own portfolio and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across tenancy, maintenance, leasing, and compliance.
You will be supported by a Leasing Consultant and a Property Management Assistant, allowing you to focus on service excellence and client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end tenancy lifecycle — from lease renewals to vacating and bond finalisation

Coordinate maintenance requests and urgent repairs in line with NSW RTA and internal compliance standards

Conduct routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections using Inspection Express

Manage arrears, rent reviews, and renewals in accordance with MB policies

Build long-term relationships with landlords through proactive communication and retention strategies

Ensure all documentation and correspondence are recorded in the system

Attend and represent McConnell Bourn in NCAT hearings if required

Uphold company policies around safety, compliance, and risk management

The Ideal Candidate

• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

• Has strong interpersonal and communication skills

Salary Package

$80,000 - $ 90,000 Annual Salary Package Inclusive Superannuation

Plus Extra Commission
