With a focus on relationship management of inbound tour operators, online travel agents and overseas wholesalers in the Asian tourism sector the ideal person will be able to drive business by forging strong relationships through their networking capabilities. NO PREVIOUS EXPEIENCE IN TOURISM NECESSARY.

This crucial role will strengthen established strategic partnerships and increase business through targeted business development.

Role & Responsibilities

Develop key growth plans through strategic sales planning

Expand revenue growth through increased market share

Build both domestic and international markets.

Nurture existing relationships and build on past success

Consistently target and on-board new partners, new revenue streams

Be innovative in increased customer experiences.

Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Operations teams and other departments to deliver the best customer engagement

Attend and represent the Brand at exhibitions, trade shows and conferences

Required Experience:

Proven sales experience

Excellent negotiation, relationship-building and interpersonal skills.

Availability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Highly desirable (Not Essential):

Proficient in Mandarin, Korean, and/or Japanese.

previous sales and relationship management experience in Tourism

Strong understanding of the Asian tourism market.
