If yes, and you come with a proven track record in customer service and sales, this exciting role could be for you. Nashdale Lane Wines, based in Orange NSW, is looking for a full-time manager for a rewarding, new role based on the company's award-winning vineyard in Orange, NSW.

Reporting directly to the owners, the successful candidate will be part of the Nashdale Lane team including winemakers, viticulturists, operations, wholesale and marketing staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations at cellar door (including opening /closing procedures etc), conducting wine tastings, processing sales & online orders, managing stock and overseeing the onsite Glamping guest experience as well as promotions to drive sales across various channels as well as attract more consumer traffic to the cellar door and online.

Good wine knowledge, customer service, communication and organisational skills form the basis of the role. In addition, the ability to establish successful new partnerships and collaborations through new sales/promo concepts and add-on experiences at cellar door will be rewarded with the potential for extra income/ commission - on top of base salary based on set KPIs.
