Pathways Residences is looking for 2 experienced Resident Experience Managers to join our team.

We are a luxury residential aged care provider

Monday - Friday role

Permanent full time opportunity in Killara NSW 2071 - 105 rooms

Permanent full time opportunity in Northbridge NSW 2063 - 121 rooms

The valuable work you'll do:

You'll be first point of contact for residents, families, representatives and visitors. The role coordinates personalised services that exceed expectations.

You'll be managing the following services:

Resident enquiry, admission and settling in experience

Pathways Resident Liaison Services

Dining Experience

Luxury Living Packages

Housekeeping and Maintenance Requests Services

Resident discharge

Responsibilities include managing residents’ requests, coordinating admission process, attending to special/lifetime celebrations, addressing feedback and escalating when needed, and maintaining the highest standards of service excellence in accordance with Pathways Residences luxury standards

You will be leading the administration, catering, housekeeping and laundry departments in order to deliver on these services.

About you:

Presentable, professional and articulate

Caring, polite and friendly

Posses relevant tertiary qualifications and experiences - areas considered relevant can include hospitality, tourism, events management, leadership, customer service, sales or related fields

Experience in Aged Care and/or Health Administration desirable

Previous experience in Five Star Dining

Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and Accreditation process, WHS, Infection Control, Complaints Management, Restrictive Practices and SIRS reporting requirements in Aged Care.

Strong leadership with the ability to execute hands on tasks as well as strategic plans
