Project Manager

Design & Build Recruitment is working with a well-established Developer Builder in Southeast Queensland, looking for a Project Manager. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality multires projects, our client prides themselves on delivering outstanding results. This is a great opportunity for someone to work for a fantastic company with a huge pipeline of work. You will report directly into the Construction Manager and will work collaboratively with the wider team where your contributions will be valued.

The Role
Design & Build Recruitment are searching for an enthusiastic and driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multistorey new build projects in Brisbane. This role will suit someone with a proven track record in managing similar style new build projects, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of new build construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve quality outcomes while adhering to safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, contracts, and specifications.

About You

• Previous experience in managing mid to high rise new build construction projects.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, contracts, and local government requirements.
• Is already living in QLD or has plans for immediate relocation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
